Abstract

Linear optical properties and photonic mode dispersion in GaAs/AlGaAs phtonic crystal slabs were investigated. Variable angle reflectance spectroscopy was used in the analysis. As a result of analysis the photonic band dispersion and theoretical calculation of both reflectance spectra and photonic band structure were obtained.
